A good house is a well-oriented house, if possible to the south and to the sun, with two facing facades so that the air can circulate. A house that separates daytime from nightlife areas, a house that allows small improvements and transformations without affecting the general appearance of the building and without major works, a sober and robust house, without maintenance; a house with generous windows, with good solar protections and bright and smiling entrances, not much else. This project avoids the closed block and opts for an “L” -shaped layout of the buildings joined by a glazed element. All the houses are compact, sunny and well ventilated, they overlook a large communal garden, through which there is access to all the houses.
