Due to conditions of the plot, the building is placed on the edge of the site shaping a closed and continuous volume. The building has two very different sides. The north, where the street entrance is, the project is more simple and neutral. On this elevation, where the openings are regular and very organized, a group of bayside windows provide it with a certain vibration and texture that gives light and identity to the building. To the south, where the garden is, the terraces lean out; they are deep and placed in a way that leaves double height terraces.

The project has very strict constrictions about the volume and position. That is why the sensitivity to the different conditions of the surroundings is almost the only margin of creativity to explore. It is there where the strength of the project is vested.
