The geometry of the site required an ordered and methodical proposal. Turning the peculiarities of the parcel into a positive aspect for the project was the biggest challenge. Nevertheless, these aspects contributed to the project, making it rigorous and economic, yet with certain spatial variety and intensity. Small movements and shifts, both in plan and section, create rich spaces of diverse scale. The systematic nature of the project alludes to economic and social aspects as well as urban order. Simultaneously, the project builds a vibrant and luminous Mediterranean stage, a place for everyday life, different and specific for each neighbor.

The positioning of the four blocks improves the views and natural lightning in all dwellings. It also helps to create small domestic spaces, towards the north and south of the site, some well-lit and others in shade. Furthermore, the alternation of covered and open spaces achieves spatial lightness and luminosity.
