The project is conceived as two overlapping and clearly differentiated layers. The lower layer is anchored to the ground, achieving an optimal connection between the commercial spaces and the sloped streets. Like diverse pieces in a compact case, all the commercial and service elements are confined in the interior: three independent car parks, storage rooms, technical rooms and a ring of medium size retail spaces that face the street and surround a large commercial area. The upper layer is exclusively residential. The garden, access points and collective spaces are found on a diaphanous platform that overlooks the park. The dwellings are distributed on top of this platform, so that they all have straight or diagonal views towards the Valdebebas Park. The volume is articulated as a series of superimposed planes, with dwellings that face the sun and towards the views of the remarkable site where they are located.
