The splendid plot is located in the borderline between two different neighborhoods. Its southeastern boundary is the Los Madroños Avenue of the Conde Orgaz Park, a beautiful wooded street with big houses and lush gardens. On the opposite side, the Silvano Street bounds the neighborhood Canillas . There the urban environment is harsher and volume of buildings grows sharply.
The set configuration clearly links the project to Conde Orgaz and turns his back to Canillas. Access for cars and pedestrians is performed by Los Madroños Avenue. The volumes of the housings are organized to peer into the private garden and give back the densest neighborhood. All the units enjoy large terraces that are turning into the large private garden, a way of identifying it selves with well-defined life. The project is the natural end of the splendid side housing blocks from the seventies designed by José Antonio Corrales.
