The projected residential buildings occupy, to the north and the east, the horizon of one edge of the site of the golf course of La Moraleja. This position provides, as well as a good orientation, magnificent views and surroundings. The fragmentation of the complex in smaller units and its low height allow its presence as a limit and north horizon of the golf course to be surrounded by trees and vegetation. In the lower part, where the cornice is most rised and offers excellent views, the building is terraced, with big cantilevers and shades and a finishing of green copper tones, changing depending on the time and light, in order to produce a harmonic complex and avoid the feeling of a solid construction and the domestic image of a conventional façade.
It is necessary to achieve a significant occupation of the narrow strip of land available for the project, in order to accommodate the required residential volume. Almost all the available ground is modeled forming platforms and green terraces, on which it is proposed to plant large trees, so that the buildings are seen from the golf course with a vegetation first term, a stone medium term, with a contrast of glass and wood, and a background of large leafy tree tops. To set the background landscape of the golf course, are used gabions and stones with grass and vines to secure the banks and terraces, allowing the continuity with the golf course, and green platforms, on and through which the low-rise buildings are constructed, presenting natural ceramic or stone finishings and cladding with the blue-green colour of the weathered copper.
